ULC Conducts Offline TKDA and TOEP Certification Tests

Surabaya – UNUSA Language Center (ULC) was having collaboration with PLTI (Pusat Layanan Test Indonesia) Institute in order to do certification tests via offline. There are two types of tests that have been conducted, Basic Potential Competency Test (TKDA) and Test of English Proficiency (TOEP) for lecturers at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA) via offline.

Director of ULC Unusa, Mrs Nurul Kamariyah, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes explained that this event were held on August 12, 13, 18 and 19th 2020 at UNUSA CBT room. As long as this event were still occuring, there are a lot of  health and safety protocols should be conformed.

“For your information, this test has been directly monitored by the Head of the UNUSA Covid-19 custodian to assure that health and safety protocols were under control,”said Mrs Nurul, on Thursday (13/8).

She also explained that the health and safety protocols have been in accordance with standards, so in case, before entering UNUSA CBT room, the participants should have wash their hands and having body measurement test by thermogun. They should fulfill any personal safety requirements such as 3-ply mask, handscoon, face shield and hand sanitizer. While the test were implemented, they should do physical and social distancing guided by ULC committes.

This certification test were followed by 240 participants, and every session had 30 participants. The special one, this events involved by all of Indonesian participants, but somehow, at UNUSA itself, most of the participants were from East Java region.

This fact was implied by Mrs Nurul, “Most of the participants are from external UNUSA such as from Magetan, Bojonegoro, Madura, Ponorogo, Nganjuk and several areas in East Java.” (sar UNUSA public relations and marketing.)
